Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Fabric and wallpaper samples and soft furnishings will be shipped Royal Mail Tracked 48.  

Orders of rolls of fabric and wallpapers will be shipped directly from our UK printers via APC, FedEx or DHL, depending on quantity. 

Furniture shipping will be quoted on an individual order basis.

If you would like to select your own shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order via email at sales@emmawoodhome.com. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders will not be shipped using alternative methods without written confirmation and agreement from both parties and all shipments must be signed for upon delivery.

INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS 

The price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company, or bank. 

All prices on our website are on a delivery duty unpaid basis Customers outside the United Kingdom will be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all international orders have the correct paperwork and that local requirements for import are met, prior to order.
