TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with Emma Wood Home Ltd, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.  

COLLECTIONS

All Emma Wood Home collections are designed in-house and are manufactured and printed in the United Kingdom. This is to directly support British craftsmanship and manufacturers, reduce waste, and minimise our carbon footprint.  

Orders are processed on an individual basis, and can be placed via our website emmawoodhome.com or by email to sales@emmawoodhome.com. 

FABRIC AND WALLPAPER

We print our fabrics to order in a minimum amount of 1 metre and increments of 0.5 metres only. 

Parchment wallpapers, borders and woven wallpapers are printed to order in full rolls of 10 metres only with the exception of Apple Weave, Sand Basket Weave and Ocean Weave which are available in 5.5 metre rolls. Sisal wallpapers are printed to order in a minimum amount, and increments, of 1 metre.

Your order will be sent to print once payment has been received in full. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your fabric and/or wallpaper delivery. 

It is the customer’s or their agent’s responsibility to check that they have received the correct order before altering the product or handing it to any third party for processing and any incorrect orders need to be reported to sales@emmawoodhome.com within 72 hours of receiving the order.  Once fabric is cut, wallpaper is unwrapped/cut, or either is handed onto a third party we cannot accept responsibility for any errors which occasionally do occur. 

SAMPLES

Samples of all our fabrics and wallpapers are available for purchase in our online shop emmawoodhome.com. Fabric samples are 20cm x 20cm and wallpaper samples are A4 in size. 

PRODUCTS 

Please note that while the colour reproduction in our photography is a close representation,  fabric and wallpaper colours are a guide only and may vary from the images shown online, this is due to slight changes in colour on different desktops and screens, so we always recommend ordering a sample prior to placing fabric orders

Our printed linens and sisal wallpapers are made in the UK from natural fibres and will sometimes have natural characteristics such as slubs and other irregularities in the yarns; these are not considered faults. If you have any questions regarding the specifics of these variations, do not hesitate to contact us at sales@emmawoodhome.com. 

FURNITURE AND SOFT FURNISHINGS

All furniture and soft furnishings are bespoke other than cushions marked as being in stock. 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for cushion delivery and 12-14 weeks for furniture manufacture and delivery. 

VINTAGE ITEMS

While every effort is made to describe vintage items accurately, they are sold on an “as is” basis.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

For wallpaper, fabric and other bespoke products, cancellation is not possible if the product has already gone into production. To enquire as to whether a bespoke order is pre-production and can be cancelled, please email sales@emmawoodhome.com.  

For stock and vintage items, orders can be cancelled prior to despatch. To enquire as to whether an order is pre-despatch and can be cancelled, please email sales@emmawoodhome.com.  

RETURNS 

Fabric, wallpaper and bespoke furniture/soft furnishings orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.  

Stock cushions and vintage item orders are non-refundable unless a fault has been reported to sales@emmawoodhome.com within 72 hours of receipt.  

Unauthorised returns will not be credited to the customer’s account. If you would like to return your order due to a fault, items must be returned unused in their original packaging. 

INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS 

The price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company, or bank. 

Prices quoted on our website are on a delivery duty unpaid basis and customers outside the United Kingdom will be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all international orders have the correct paperwork and that local requirements for import are met, prior to order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES 

Fabric and wallpaper samples and soft furnishings will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 Tracked.  

Orders of rolls of fabric and wallpapers will be shipped via APC, FedEx or DHL directly from our manufacturers

Furniture shipping will be quoted on an individual order basis.

If you would like to select your own shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order via email at sales@emmawoodhome.com. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders will not be shipped using alternative methods without written confirmation and agreement from both parties and all shipments must be signed for upon delivery.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above terms and conditions.
